Leading Franchise Consultant Firm Growing Its Corporate Team
LOUISVILLE, KY— FranNet, long regarded as North America’s most respected leader in matching people with great franchise opportunities, announced today a promotion and new hire to its growing corporate team.
John Blair, formerly Director of Marketing and Public Relations, has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations. The company also introduced Jan-Marie Hall as the new Franchise Relationship Director for Proven Match and FranchiseWorks.com, two of FranNet’s subsidiary brands.

Blair oversees brand development, strategy and innovation, and directs all public relations activities for FranNet while supporting nearly 120 franchise consultants across the United States, Canada, Germany and the United Kingdom. Under his direction, he also leads the marketing and public relations for FranNet’s subsidiary companies, including Proven Match, FranchiseWorks.com and FranNet-Global.
A seasoned business professional, Blair has more than 20 years experience in executive roles in franchising and small business. He spent 13 years with fast food giant Yum! Brands, mainly in the Kentucky Fried Chicken division in a variety of marketing and public relations roles. Prior to joining FranNet in 2012, he helped build two advertising agencies as an owner and partner.

In addition to Blair’s promotion, FranNet is also announcing Hall joining the company. With more than 15 years of experience in the franchise industry, she has worked in different capacities as a supplier to franchisors. Hall started her career with Bison advertising, one of the first lead generation websites in the industry, and she also co-founded the Franchise Supplier network group in Minneapolis in 2011.
